We accept several major insurance plans and partner with out-of-network platforms to minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
We are proud to be in-network with local health plans to keep your care affordable. If you are covered by one of the following plans, you will typically only be responsible for your standard specialist copayment or coinsurance.

Out-of-Network
Have a different PPO insurance plan? You can still use your out-of-network benefits to cover a significant portion of the services you receive.
Skip the Wait with Thrizer: We partner with Thrizer, a concierge platform that automatically processes your out-of-network claims. Instead of paying the full hourly clinical fee upfront, Thrizer allows you to pay only your estimated co-insurance at the time of your appointment.
Please note: To comply with out-of-network insurance requirements, evaluations are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis on the dates services are rendered.
Standard Superbills: If you prefer, we also provide standard monthly itemized Superbills for you to submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.
Important Note on Learning Disability Testing: Health insurance plans often strictly classify evaluations for Specific Learning Disorders (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia) and academic achievement testing as “educational” rather than “medical.” Because of this, insurance carriers typically do not authorize or reimburse these specific assessments. If you are seeking an evaluation primarily for academic accommodations or a learning disability, you may need to utilize our Self-Pay flat-rate pathways. Please contact us with your specific evaluation need and insurance information, and we will verify the correct processing method.
Self-Pay & Uninsured
For clients without insurance, or those who prefer the utmost privacy by not utilizing their health benefits, we offer comprehensive, flat-rate evaluation packages. This means you get a single, predictable price from your initial intake through your final diagnostic report.
Adult ADHD & Executive Functioning Evaluation
$3,000.00
Includes intake, continuous performance measures, executive function instruments, cognitive/IQ battery, self- and/or observer-report surveys, emotional/symptom rule-outs, formal report with recommendations/accommodations, and feedback.
Adult Combined ADHD & ASD Dual Evaluation
$4,500.00
Includes intake, cognitive/IQ battery, continuous performance measures, executive function instruments, structured ASD observation/interview, sensory and masking inventories, differential rule-outs, formal integrated report with accommodations, and feedback.
Adult Diagnostic Clarification & Mood/Personality Evaluation
$3,000.00
(does not include neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, ASD, and/or SLD)
Includes intake, objective personality inventories, standardized mood/symptom measures, trauma screening, symptom validity testing, record review (if applicable), formal diagnostic report with targeted treatment recommendations, and feedback.
Adult Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Evaluation
$3,000.00
Includes intake, structured diagnostic behavioral observation and interview, autism symptom and masking rating scales, sensory processing inventories, cognitive/IQ battery, differential rule-out measures, collateral consultation (if applicable), formal neurodiversity-affirming report with accommodations, and feedback.
Adult Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) Evaluation
$4,000.00
(i.e. Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia; does not include ADHD)
Includes intake, cognitive/IQ battery, standardized academic achievement testing (reading, writing, math), executive function instruments, emotional rule-outs, formal report formatted for academic/testing accommodations (e.g., GRE, MCAT, LSAT, Bar), and feedback.
Custom Scope Evaluation Batteries
Estimated $2,500.00 - $5,500.00
For clinical inquiries, academic/testing board requirements, or diagnostic questions that fall outside standardized flat-rate packages, customized assessment batteries are designed to address targeted referral questions. E.g. Cognitive, IQ, & Giftedness Testing; Intellectual & Adaptive Functioning Evaluations; and Targeted Accommodation Updates.
Custom batteries typically require 10 to 20 total professional hours depending on referral complexity. Costs are calculated based on our standard hourly clinical rates.
Flexible Payment Options
We do not require the full amount upfront. You can utilize our standard milestone billing (split between your intake, testing, and final report), or you can finance the evaluation over time with interest-free split payments or extended monthly terms through Affirm or Klarna.
College Student Discount Program
We understand that securing accommodations for university coursework often requires an up-to-date evaluation, which can be difficult to balance on a student budget. We offer significantly discounted flat-rate evaluations for actively enrolled college and university students paying out-of-pocket, especially as some educational testing may not be authorized or reimbursed by certain insurance programs. If you do have insurance benefits, please contact us with your specific evaluation need and insurance information, and we will verify the most appropriate processing method for you.
Out-of-pocket student evaluation packages start at $1,000. We maintain specialized care coordination contracts with several local colleges. Depending on your assessment needs (e.g., ADHD, Learning Disability, Autism, etc.) and your specific school, your rate may vary. Please submit a consultation request with your current school listed, and our team will provide your exact discounted rate.
